Key Responsibilities

* Perform all tasks related to food and beverage service in line with the hotel’s established standards and procedures.
* Greet and escort guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated.
* Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide detailed information about the menu, including special promotions and dietary options.
* Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and clear communication.
* Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
* Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and accommodate additional requests.
* Monitor and maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of food and beverages.
* Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
* Follow sanitation and safety regulations as required by the hotel and local authorities.
* Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage of food, beverages, and service items.
* Properly maintain and handle service equipment for long-term use.
* Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area for meals, events, or special occasions.
* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
* Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay informed about hotel standards and procedures

Job Requirements

* Education: High school or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
* Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
* Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
